This work made clear that good onboarding, especially for mental health apps, is more than just content or flow — it’s about how it’s experienced across users, clinicians, and teams. Integrating these perspectives made it possible to design an onboarding experience that addressed multiple needs and enabled therapists to better support the parents who needed it most.
